Common questions
Do visitors see a phone number?
No. Visitors never see a phone number at all - they just fill in the form with their name, mobile, and what they need. TapText texts you their details, and you reach out from your own mobile whenever it suits you.
What happens when I hit my SMS limit?
On Base and Build plans, you'll get a warning when you're approaching your limit. If you reach it, you can upgrade to the next plan for the remainder of that billing period - then drop back down next month if you like. No surprise charges. Boost plan customers approaching their limit will hear from us directly to work out the best arrangement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard and you won't be charged again. Your plan continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How hard is it to install?
